Hannah Diamond, real name Hannah Amond, was born on the 20 June, 1991. Hannah's a singer/pop-star, songwriter, photographer, visual artist, and all around icon! She has released music and has been an integral member of the pop label PC Music since its' founding really in 2013, notably putting out her glittering debut, Reflections in 2019 and her magnum opus (so far!) Perfect Picture in 2023. Along with this, she is featured on many many PC Music tracks and has collobarted with other simlar artists, really just making her beautiful world a reality! As a part of this, she was the major creative force behind the really pristine, digital look of the label and her kind of music.
